We are located at 735 South Shoop Avenue in Wauseon, Ohio  next to Fulton County Health Center.  Enter the campus of Fulton County Health Center through the south entrance.  Parking is in the south lot.  Enter the building through the south entrance to the Urgent Care Clinic.  Appointments are not necessary.
